About Our Service
SVOP provides printing services for visiting cards and other printed products. Orders are placed and paid for on this website, and design coordination, proof approval, and order updates are handled through WhatsApp at 9600786800.
Orders & Payment
All orders are prepaid. Payment is collected securely at checkout through Razorpay, which supports UPI, cards, and net banking. We do not store your card or banking details on our website. Production of your order begins only after payment is received. Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable charges for the listed product options; optional add-ons (such as rounded corners, creasing, or hole punching) are charged as shown at the time of ordering.
Your Content & Design Files
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content you provide for printing — including names, phone numbers, logos, and text in any language. You confirm that you have the right to use any logo, image, artwork, or trademark you submit, and that your content does not infringe the rights of any third party or contain unlawful material. We may decline to print content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringing.
File Requirements (Ready-to-Print Files)
If you choose the ready-to-print file option, your file must meet these specifications: file size 90mm × 53mm with all important text and logos inside the 82mm × 45mm safe area; minimum 300 DPI resolution; CMYK colour mode; PDF, JPG, or PNG format only. The final delivered card size is 87mm × 50mm. Files that do not meet these specifications may require correction, which we will discuss with you on WhatsApp before proceeding.
Proof Approval & Printing
Every order is printed only after you approve the final digital proof on WhatsApp. Up to 2 proof revisions are included; additional proofs are charged at ₹50 each. The approved proof is printed exactly as-is. Please verify all details before approving — errors present in an approved proof are not defects and are not eligible for free reprints. Minor colour variation between screen preview and printed output is normal in offset printing.
Delivery
We offer free delivery across Tamil Nadu. Delivery timelines communicated to you are estimates; while we work to dispatch every order on time, we are not liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Cancellations, Refunds & Defects
Cancellations, refunds, and defective-product claims are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, available on this website.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of printed products.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
