Refund & Cancellation Policy

Sakthi Vasan Offset Press (“SVOP”, “we”, “our”) prints custom products made to your specific design and content. Because every order is personalised, printed products cannot be resold or reused. Please read this policy before placing your order.

Custom Products — No Returns

All our products (visiting cards and other printed items) are custom-manufactured based on the design and content you approve. Once printed, orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, except in the case of a verified printing defect caused by us (see “Defective Products” below).

Proof Approval Protects You

We never print before two things happen: (1) your payment is received, and (2) you approve the final proof on WhatsApp. Up to 2 proof revisions are included with every order; additional proofs are charged at ₹50 each. Because you approve the exact proof that goes to print, please check names, phone numbers, spellings, and all details carefully before approving. We are not responsible for errors present in a proof you approved.

Order Cancellation

• Before design or file-verification work begins: You may cancel for a full refund. Contact us on WhatsApp at 9600786800 with your order number as soon as possible.
• After proofs have been prepared but before you approve the proof: You may cancel, and we will refund your payment after deducting the design service charge (₹100 for single-side designs, ₹150 for front & back designs).
• After proof approval: Printing begins immediately after you approve the proof. Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once the proof is approved.

Defective Products

If your order arrives with a printing defect or transit damage, contact us within 7 days of delivery on WhatsApp at 9600786800 or by email at vasanoffset@gmail.com, with photos of the affected cards. If the defect is verified as our error, we will reprint your order free of charge with free delivery. Minor colour variation between screen preview and printed output is normal in offset printing and is not a defect.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 working days of confirmation.
